ABOUT TINY VINES FOOD CO

My name is Alexandria Davis, and I am an entrepreneur with my very own pastry business called Tiny Vines Food CO. This business of mine is something I built on my own from the ground up and still manage single-handedly. So you could say I have a lot of experience in not just baking but running a business. I came into this profession because I have always loved baking. My father was a chef in New York. Growing up with some Asian roots, I indulged myself in creating Asian pastries, and now they are something that I have mastered over the years.  My specialties also include unique mouth-watering pastries that always leave a smile on my customers’ faces. I truly relish that joy and love interacting with them as well. I also love learning about other cultures and am always trying to expand my knowledge in other cuisines.  Of course, running a business comes with its own distinct challenges that have made me more adept at using my creativity while simultaneously catering to the different dietary needs of my customers. I need to be mindful of customers with specific dietary requirements such as if they are vegan or diabetic or come from a cultural background that refrains them from eating certain ingredients. Baking is an art as it requires me to go through a creative process and allows me to push my innovative boundaries and create something unique.
